'I am keen to get 支援する on the ice. It's really 利益／興味ing I did 厳密に 支援する in 2016 and never danced again but skating - I just love it, I 絶対 love it and I'm very keen to do it again.'

Rutherford is no stranger to 傷害s having seen his exceptional career in 運動競技のs pockmarked by fitness 問題／発行するs which 結局 led to him hanging up his spikes for good.?

'It was then knowing that I had to have 外科 again and rehab and all the things you think you've put behind you from retiring from sport to then have to go out there and have my stomach 削減（する） open - it's not what I was hoping to have.

'Maybe the one advantage is that I've had 外科s and things before, so I met it with a solid 長，率いる and "let's just go get it done" and here we are nearly four weeks on, and I'm feeling a lot more 肯定的な.'

'All of that, the training 負担, what I'm eating and doing and sleeping, I sort of used what I had as an 競技者, that mindset ーするために get myself the best 適切な時期 to do it and I 栄えるd off it and I loved it, I genuinely loved it.?

'It reminded me of how much I loved 存在 an 競技者 when I was an 競技者. I don't want that life anymore, believe me it 傷つけるs too much but it's nice to have a goal 始める，決める and work に向かって something and that's what I took from it. I'm 地位，任命する 外科 now and I'm really keen to start training again and that's a nice place to be both mentally and 肉体的に, it's really important.'
