'Indeed, after it had happened, she said she was glad he was dead. Those words will be for you to 査定する/(税金などを)課す but the 栄冠を与える say they are 重要な when you consider what her 意向 was on that day.

'You will also consider how it was that a large kitchen knife from her own kitchen ended up in her 手渡すs at the scene... There was no need for her to take such a 武器 to a public house in Maidstone.

'You may think that her 所有/入手 of that knife and her 表明するd 意向 to を刺す or kill him show that she ーするつもりであるd to do just that when she 始める,決める off in her car on September 11 to see him.

'The manner of her blows and the 軍隊 要求するd to (打撃,刑罰などを)与える those 負傷させるs will also be something you should have regard to when you consider her 意向s.'

Referring to Langley's 主張s that Mr Bryant was violent and committed 強姦, Ms Ellin continued: 'The 栄冠を与える say even if she genuinely believed those 主張s, there is no 証拠 that he was a 脅し to the 被告 or anyone she knew at the time.

'There is no 証拠 he was behaving in a 脅すing manner on September 11 or at any 行う/開催する/段階 事前の to then.

'On the contrary, as you heard in his 999 call, he was the one under 脅し.. He was the one who called police and sought their help in relation to a 脅し she made to him.

'She left his pub and then returned with the knife and deliberately stabbed him.'

Ms Ellin also told the 陪審/陪審員団 that in deciding their 判決, they may want to consider whether Mr Bryant had '簡単に become the 焦点の point' for Langley's unhappiness and 怒り/怒る.

'On September 11 she was 負かす/撃墜する, fed up with さまざまな members of her family, she had 問題/発行するs with her car and 財政上の problems. She had also been drinking,' Ms Ellin said.

'She was annoyed that her son 手配中の,お尋ね者 to play pool at Mr Bryant's pub and, in her mind, it was Mr Bryant who was at fault - he was the 焦点(を合わせる) of her 激怒(する).

'So she took the largest kitchen knife from her home and she went to him and killed him. It was impulsive, it was irrational, but it was also 審議する/熟考する and intentional.

'It is the 栄冠を与える's 事例/患者 that this 被告 ーするつもりであるd to kill or at least to 原因(となる) really serious 害(を与える) to Mr Bryant. The 栄冠を与える say she is 有罪の of 殺人.'
