The Lady Garden 創立／基礎, which started in 2014, is a 国家の women’s health charity, raising 認識／意識性 and 基金ing for gynaecological health. The fundraising event was spearheaded by Jenny Halpern Prince who is the 創立者 and 議長，司会を務める of the charity.?

Trinny has 以前 opened up on going through 早期に menopause and said she will 'do everything' to 緩和する her symptoms.

Trinny also explained that she has turned her 支援する on her usual indulgence of four sugars in her tea.

Speaking to the Sydney Morning 先触れ（する） in November, she said: 'Going through menopause is 直面するing and 混乱させるing. Our 団体／死体s and 肌 start to feel strange.
'During this time you need to think about how 確かな foods can 誘発する／引き起こす symptoms. I always ask myself ? am I eating too much sugar that I can’t 過程 during menopause?'
Last year, the What Not To Wear 星／主役にする 認める that menopause can be 'incredibly debilitating' and 公約するd to 'do everything' to 緩和する her symptoms.
In October, Trinny told The 転換 podcast: 'I do all general hormone 治療 but I 刺激する my brain, I do meditation, I do strength training four times a week. I want to look after my 団体／死体 tremendously, so it can look after me'.

The businesswoman gave birth to daughter Lyla in 2003 through fertility 治療 after struggling to conceive.
But soon after, and still in her 早期に forties, Trinny 認める that she felt like her 'mojo had gone'.
She explained she was 申し込む／申し出d antidepressants after seeing 'lots and lots' of medics, but （人命などを）奪う，主張するs she was later told by Dr Erika Schwartz, author of The Hormone 解答, that she had 現実に undergone an 早期に menopause 原因（となる）d by IVF, with each 一連の会議、交渉／完成する having 恐らく shaven a year off her cycle.
Trinny told the podcast: 'I read this 調書をとる／予約する called The Hormone 解答 which she [Dr Schwartz] wrote. And I went to see her in New York and she just laid it out for me.

'Never been told that. I wouldn't have given a s*** because I had Lyla. But it was 利益／興味ing that my mum went in at 57 and there I was at 43 and so I've been very 焦点（を合わせる）d on it.'
Trinny said she only had a 'few symptoms' of 早期に menopause, b ut that she didn't recognise them straight away.
The Lady Garden 創立／基礎 Family Challenge took the form of either a 5km or 10km fun run around Battersea Park, to fundraise for gynaecological 癌s.
Over 21,000 women are 診断するd with a form of gynaecological 癌 every year, and the Lady Garden 創立／基礎 is a charity raising 決定的な 認識／意識性 and 基金s to fight against these 病気s.?
The Lady Garden 創立／基礎 開始する，打ち上げるd its University Education and 認識／意識性 Programme in 2022, and reached over 300,000 university students with their 教育の 資産s last year.?
