Robert Booth, 50, from Dover, makes delicious grub from using a slow cooker strapped to his 乗客 seat and a （軍の）野営地，陣営ing stove.

The driver, who didn't want to be a 'stereotypical overweight trucker', buys fresh 成分s on the go - stopping at veg and farm shops where possible.

His 創造s 含む the likes of Goan fish curry, yellow 分裂（する） pea dhal, chicken arrabbiata and linguine with smoked oysters and fennel seeds, all made at the 味方する of the road.?

'There is only so long you can eat McDonald's and 急速な／放蕩な food before you crave something different.

'I also fit the perfect demographic for a heart attack so that was 肉親，親類d of at the 支援する of my mind too. I'm a middle-老年の guy and I didn't want to turn into the stereotypical overweight trucker.'
