'Whether they're able to 回復する those costs is another thing and will depend by and large on Bruce Lehrmann's means,' he said.?
Mr Quill explained?that a civil 事例／患者 like the one Lehrmann brought does not have the 'reasonable 疑問' 基準 that 需要・要求するs 解雇／（訴訟の）却下 of anything unproven, but instead just 支配するs on the balance of probability.
'One of the biggest differences... is that Bruce Lehrmann is at home, waking up at home this morning, and not waking up in 刑務所，拘置所,' he said.?
