Chris Hemsworth has 明らかにする／漏らすd he was turned 負かす／撃墜する for a 役割 in a Kevin Costner-directed film, only to discover that Costner had cast himself.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight?at CinemaCon in Las Vegas??on Thursday, the Australian actor, 40, said he fell in love with the mystery 事業／計画（する） and even tried to 納得させる Costner, 69, to change his mind.

'There was a movie, a script that I'd read and loved and was like, "I want to get that", and then someone said, "Kevin Costner has that [役割]",' the Thor 星／主役にする began.

'I'd love [to have] him as a director. I was like, "Goddamnit!" [I spent] an hour the other day trying to 納得させる him, and he was like, "I'm doing it, kid."

'Didn't work. I didn't get the part.'

Costner also spoke to Entertainment Tonight at CinemaCon about rejecting Hemsworth, saying: 'It's a love story, but as long as I'm still young enough to play it, I'll play it'
