Synergy 海洋 Group ― which manages the ship, called the Dali ― 確認するd the 大型船 攻撃する,衝突する a 中心存在 of the 橋(渡しをする) at about 1:30am while it was in 支配(する)/統制する of two 操縦するs, who are 地元の specialists who help navigate 大型船s 安全に into ports. The ship is owned by Grace Ocean 私的な Ltd.

Mr Cartwright said that some 貨物 appeared to be dangling from the 橋(渡しをする), which (期間が)わたるs the Patapsco River at the 入り口 to a busy harbour.
