Australia's median rent was $601 a week or $31,252 a year in December, with this CoreLogic 人物／姿／数字 covering both 資本／首都 cities and 地域の areas.?

But if someone now in a 株 house with one other person moved 支援する home, Finder calculated they would save $300.50 a week or $15,626 a year.

Choosing a 株 house, over renting alone, would also save someone the same 量 of money over the year.
